Clinical Roundtable
A monthly online roundtable to cultivate community care among practitioners, further developing clinical skills in beginner or seasoned practitioners.
Our teachings and lens is nestled into the lineage of Vitalism. Sam and Meghan will facilitate a space where all voices are needed and encouraged to continue the learning journey.
In each roundtable, we will learn in community through presented casework and discussion amongst colleagues for feedback and support.
Continuing education topics will be woven into classes with active participation and engagement.
Engage in a group herbal tasting to expand your materia medica.
We strive to serve in our relationship with the plants, our clients, and each other, deepening this well of connectivity.
Roundtable will be held once per month for a 3-hour time block.
Flower Essence Roundtable
A monthly online roundtable to discuss clinical flower essence clients and cases, gain practitioner support, enhance clinical skill and process, build your materia medica, develop the art of formulation, and more.
This track will offer the same support as the clinical roundtable with the focus being on flower essence therapeutics.
Dive deep into clinical skills and flower essence indications for our clients.
Participate in a group flower essence attunement that is resonant for the support we need each month.
Cultivate our own flower essence repertoire by connecting with a flower essence of the month (of our individual choosing) and share our experience with the group.
Learn in a community of practitioners modeling a variety and differing styles of practice
Roundtable will be held once per month for a 3-hour time block.

our accessibility model
• The Pay-It-Forward price is above the actual cost of the program. The extra cost supports tuition pricing for students on a fixed/low income.
• This community-supported option provides the opportunity for more accessibility within the herbal community.
• This is the minimum cost of the program that covers the basic labor, services, and infrastructure to run the program.
• This tuition tier is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income.
• Paying for this program may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship.
• For those who are on a fixed/low income, do not have savings or access to family financial support, or struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this class would still be a significant hardship.
tuition payment options
There is a deposit of 25% of your tuition required to save your spot. The deposit is due by October 1st, 2025
Pay in full
The remainder of tuition less the deposit is due on October 8th
Quarterly
Tuition payments due quarterly in October, January, April, and July
MONTHLY
Tuition payments due monthly on the 13th
If you are joining both the Clinical and Flower Essence roundtables then your tuition payment will include both.
